Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order". We accept Mastercard, Switch, Visa and American Express. Please supply us with your Card Number and Date of Expiry and, if paying by Switch, your Issue Number or Valid From date.

Delivery

We try to deliver orders within two weeks but this cannot be guaranteed. Certain items such as hurdles are made to order and there may be a delay before these can be despatched. You will be notified of the likely delay if applicable. Whilst we keep a large stock of most products, sometimes a heavy demand will mean we are unable to despatch your order as soon as we would like. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. It will help our delivery driver if you can give us instructions for where to leave your purchases if you are out when we call. This could be with a neighbour or in your garden for example.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee

Most of our products are made from natural materials. There may be some colour and size variations within an item and between items. Please bear this in mind if trying to match your purchase against other materials and fixtures already in situ. Whilst all our products are suitable for use outside, as natural materials they do have a limited lifespan when used outdoors. To maximise their life, care should be taken to avoid permanent contact with damp surfaces or earth.
